TWO MATES BREWING BEER VARIETIES:
1. RIVERS MID LAGER:
An easy-drinking mid-strength beer, with a crafty twist on a traditional Helles style lager. Enjoy a balanced beer base of Pale and Munich with the added sweetness of Canadian Honey malt, rounded out with traditional European Noble hops.
GRAIN BILL: Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Honey Malt HOPS: Hallertau Mittelfruh
ABV: 3.5% IBU 18 EBC: 6.5
2. 5th WHEEL MID IPL
Inspired by the pioneers of IPL’s in Europe through the 1800’s, this mid-strength lager with a burst of fruit flavours has been hopped to create an easy drinking brew. It’s one of our first and we think it will be around for a long time.
GRAIN BILL: Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Honey Malt HOPS: Mittelfruh, Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo
ABV: 3.5% IBU 18 EBC: 6.5
3. LAGER THAN LIFE
A refreshing Lager, light on the palate and with a crisp finish. The addition of rice syrup results in a dry mouthfeel, with a small portion of the noble hop Saaz, to achieve a slightly herbal and earthy flavour.
GRAIN BILL: Pale Malt, Rice Syrup, Carapils HOPS: Saaz
ABV: 4.8% IBU 14 EBC: 8
4. LOVEMORE HAZY PALE
This one’s our number one seller for a reason! An opaque, sunny yellow Pale Ale bursting with tropical and citrus notes, generously hopped, gently carbonated, and joyfully juicy!
GRAIN BILL: Extra Pale, Wheat, Oats HOPS: Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo
ABV: 4.6% IBU 30 EBC: 6.5
5. DOGSPIKE XPA
A combination of the roast malt of an Amber and the hop-forward burst of an XPA. Notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit and pineapple compliment the grain bill to offer a balanced contrast.
GRAIN BILL: Pale malt, Crystal, Carafa 1 HOPS: Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe
ABV: 5.5% IBU 30 EBC: 35
GREAT NORTHERN BREWING BEER VARIETIES:
GREAT NORTHERN SUPER CRISP
Brewed with Australian pale malt, lager yeast and a light stable hop and malt extract to produce a refreshing, crisp beer without compromising on taste. Light golden in colour with an overall mild fruity character. Subtle bitterness and light palate. Refreshingly clean and crisp finish.
ABV: 3.5%
GREAT NORTHERN ORIGINAL
Brewed using a light stable hop to avoid the impact of sunlight, pale malt and lager yeast to produce a fruity, clean, refreshing lager. Light golden in colour with a fruity aroma, subtle bitterness and light palate. Refreshingly clean and crisp finish.
ABV: 4.2%
GREAT NORTHERN ZERO
The Great Northern Zero recipe has gone through an alcohol removal process and then blended to create a crisp 0.0% alcohol beer without compromising on taste. With deep golden hues and a fruity aroma that carries through to the palate. Great Northern Zero has a balanced sweetness that is complemented with subtle bitterness. It finishes clean and crisp.
