Hospitality Staff Required
Our hospitality staff work in our canteen, kitchen and sometimes serving or stocking our bar.
To provide exceptional customer service
• Service desk etiquette and management strategies
• POS System and accurate handling of incoming money
• Efficiency and response under pressure
To assist with food preparation
• Adherence to recipe instructions and attention to food preparation standards
• Demonstration and knowledge of safe food handling skills practices
• Promptness with WH&S alerts
• Safe and capable handling of equipment and machinery
• Response to peak periods
To maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and canteen environment
• Demonstration and implementation of cleanliness and orderliness strategies in all kitchen areas
• Successful operation of equipment, including industrial dishwasher, toasters and ovens
• Maintenance of canteen & kitchen surrounds
Normal Hours of Operation:
Friday 5pm - 930pm
Saturday 7am - 930pm
Sunday 9am - 730pm
Tournament hours of operation:
Hosted tournaments can run during weekday hours. We are keen to employ staff that can also provide cover for these events as well.
If you are keen and available to work within ALL these hours then we would like to hear from you. Applicants must be over 16 years old. Training will be provided.
